#Ulog 25 - Laying to rest a friend
Hey Uloggers
Been a hot minute since I last shared one with all of you, perhaps my life has just been that uneventful and to be honest I prefer it that way. I'm not one for drama in any shape or form and like to live as carefree as possible going about my days.
There a very few things that get to me so if they do it has to be something big, lol reminds me that I'm not actually the robot I pretend to be and I do actually feel things.
Goodbye old friend
Today I said goodbye to a good friend of mine whose life was taken by senseless violence and while part of me is sickened, angry, hurt another part of me is slowly starting to make peace knowing he doesn't have to put up with all this world throws at us.
He has run his race and had his time, even if it was cut extremley short by the hands of another, we cannot plan for death nor can we make sense of it.

Wake up call
I do feel it is somewhat of a wake up call as things I was worrying about over the past few months really were not as bad as it seems with this new perspective I have. We tend to get distracted and caught up in the minutia of life, we tend to let fear and doubt set in, we tend to accept things as they are and slolwy start to go through the motions and not say or do what is actually important to us.
Regardless of your belief system or what you think comes after this, know that your time here is limited and fragile, make the most of it, do things that make you happy and fulfilled and don't waste it living the life someone else wanted for you or the one someone else expects of you.
Goodbye old friend I wish you well on your next step and thank you for the important life lesson, your final lesson to me!

Your 50 teardrops token has been sent (from @teardrops). You can hold them to stake them as teardrops power in the near future, when the feature is add to 3 steem-based interfaces, name https://steemgigs.org, https://ulogs.org and macrohard etc
There will be many uses for the tokens on each of these platforms starting in the coming weeks. We will give further updates via email. You will also need some tokens in getting 'certified'. You can read some of the perks of getting certified here.
The teardrops token is also listed on steem-engine here. Where you buy some, we will apply this capital towards the second stage of development for all three projects.
The easiest way of finding your tokens, sending them, trading them etc is to go on steem-engine.com and login with your steem account, either using the keychain browser extension or via steem-connect.
