Ulog #10 - Having a whale of a time
Tis the season for posting Ulogs fala la la lah, la la la la! In a record breaking week I’ve posted my 3rd ulog in a space of 7 days how’s that for opening up!

sea side some or other nothing
So where was I? Oh back to my story! My parents live in a small sea side town far from the main city which basically is butt fuck nowhere! It’s a quant little place where nothing ever happens and if the local tannie (old lady) who runs the coffee shop and by that I mean only coffee shop has her hip replaced this would be seen as premium news in this little town.

Which stands to reason that when my parents do call me to catch me up on things it’s well an extremely boring phone call! So to my surprise today’s call was pretty exciting well for them it was they’re having a whale of a time
Having a whale of a time
A whale happened to wash up on shore today which is a walk away from my parents home! Residents were naturally curious and all wanted to see the 9 meter long whale still alive
Beaches whales are a danger to themselves and to those around them especially once they die and it’s a major operation to move them while they are alive or dead so in the mean time the people living in the area have taken turns to care for the whale and continuously pore water over it.
The whale has stopped moving and some say they seeing it start to slowly give up and die with its weight crushing its organs.
Staying committed to getting fat asses moving
I find this really funny how my parents are so keen on getting this whale up off the beach and back into the sea it kinda reminds me of when I finished university and they were like when you getting off the couch and getting a job like chill peeps!
You don’t just walk into a job you ease yourself into it by playing Video games while sending out your CV.
Any way they’re pretty excited about their new pet project and I’m pretty sure I’ll get up to the minute updates which I’ll share with you guys!
Hopefully if they save one whale a whale on steemit will save me. 🐳 🐳
