Hurry up honey! A weekend freewrite
Dear friends
This is the weekend freewrite challenge. I am using @mariannewest’s #weekendfreewrite, to write this piece please read.Several events disturbed Sandra that day. I hope you enjoy my fiction story.
Hurry up honey!
She was looking, first to the right, then to the left - just like her forefathers had taught her.
That day Sandra before arriving at her house caught the attention of some noises that were heard at the end of the hall with her pregnancy very advanced and in a few days the baby would be born, so she must be alert to all the details of her surroundings.
She kept walking and took the key from her bag to open the entrance door of her house, despite the bewilderment caused by the noise began to worry about the noise coming from inside.
The scratching noises became louder and louder and it sounded like wood was splintering.
Finally when opening the door there was the cat biting a small mouse between her jaws. She smiling said:
"Kitty you are a real beast"
The cat then left it there with the mouse and retired to the side of the room.
Now Sandra took her cell phone to call Miguel and tell him about the incident.
When he attended her, he said:
"Sandra in a few minutes I'll be there with you"
When he hung up the call, Sandra now realized a
blood dripping
On the floor she noticed a few drops of blood, now she felt a spasm and a slight dizziness.
Again, she phoned Miguel and said embarrassed:
"Hurry up honey, it's time to take me to the hospital, your daughter will be born today"
