After returning from her honeymoon, Sandra encountered greater job demands as a marketing manager for the Mary & Mark franchise.

With more orders from customers, she had to manage more requests for supplies from suppliers, which generated a high level of stress.

That day, without wishing to, she lost consciousness by falling to the ground, her co-workers immediately helped her and were alarmed by the state she had. After resuscitating her they called her doctor to assess her condition.

Upon arriving the doctor began to examine her and ask her questions. When the interrogation began, the first thing he said was:

"Describe what you see at 10:00 am!"

She answered:

"I still don't know what happened but that is coffee break time, we all meet to exchange impressions."

The doctor after asking other questions said:

"From what I've seen, you're fine, the only thing that catches my attention is that I think you're pregnant."

At that moment Sandra reminded herself of the witch who had predicted her pregnancy on that remote island when she was with Miguel on her honeymoon vacation.
