Upon arriving at the office Sandra sat down to check the email notices of the providers. He had already accumulated several of them in the inbox, in that one of them from an unknown sender caught his attention.

This email hinted that the business practices they were following in the Mary & Mark franchise were hurting them.

She immediately called Mark to tell him the novelty, his brief but direct response being:

"Haters will be haters"

When she heard that, Sandra laughed, thinking that they were now envious of their achievements.
