Without warning the newcomer slid his bowl in a fast flat trajectory straight him.

The contents flew everywhere. Hot broth, noodles, chopsticks, a screen for the next subtle movement that only the trained recognize.

Diving to the side heedless of the set of chairs in his way, minaiture explosions of wood and chair fluff tracing a path to his head, cutting off at the table as he passed below it's edge, his own hands reaching in long practiced motions.

More explosions and crashes as the newcomer lept past the frightened patrons onto a nearby table searching for his target, spraying small pieces of lead along the way. A crack between two edges and their eyes met, moments turned into a memory only days past.

A galla. Rich, patrons, powermongers. They mingled amongst the wolves watching, listening, waiting, and spying. Snakes in the grass they recognized each others stripes. As it had been the moment the newcomer had stepped into the restaurant.

I'm gonna admit, I'm really stoned right now.

Been a good day of things and smoking with good friends getting things done. I was about to get on to some drawing but for some reason words really wanted to get out. Creativity is weird. When you truly open yourself up to it as a toolbox vs a specific skill, and dedicate yourself to learning as many skills as possible, it allows for the manifestation of your ideas in the purest way you want to express it. Weird thing to think about. But, it's hard in a world like the one we live in to truly dedicate yourself to the creative endeavors without getting sidetracked and almost forced into working specifically in one skill because so few think that being good at many is actually possible.

Which is why Steemit is so awesome. People can do exactly that. They can express their creativity in as many ways as they want, try different things, and not be forced into conformity while still supporting themselves financially. Crazy...it shouldn't be such a revolutionary concept, but it seems it is. Cryptocurrency most definitely aided in it's realization from pure idea to real form.
