Went to my local gym to grind out some Cardio today. I put in 15min of bag work also to burn a few extra calories. Right now it’s about grinding through the workouts and trying to keep as disciplined as I can with the eating. Nothing spectacular today.

You’re truly motivated , honestly I wish I could make time with my new job , baby and house chores but I still try to be healthy and go often as I can . But effects aren’t the same , like my body is not expanding in size, which I want . Any advice ?
