This was from a while back about a two years ago and so far I am only 50% there in reaching my fitness goal.
MONDAY (1/29/18)
Because of the food coma I endured on 1/28/18 from the previous blog I had to eat as clean as possible and I try to consume as much vegetables as I can consume. If I remember correctly I also hiked on this day.
Got me 2 bottles for this day and the day after
Futo Maki
Me holding the futo maki. I thought futo maki was vegan but i realized it has egg inside so instead of a 1 day vegan fast it turned into a 1 day vegetable fast.
TUESDAY (1/30/18)
This is also the day I try to eat as clean as I possibly can as I'm pretty sure as I'm typing this that I STILL suffer from the food coma on 1/28/18 if you guys have been keeping up with my "My Food/Fitness Blog" series.

WEDNESDAY (1/31/18)
I got a little carried away on this day after I ate some sushi and desert from the Nijiya Market I thought I was done eating for that day but apparently I was wrong.
How clumsy of me. I almost forgot to take a picture of this halfway when eating this.

THURSDAY (2/1/18)
Don't remember much but I hardly ate on this day. I probably ate more but it was mostly scraps that I don't bother taking a picture of.

FRIDAY (2/2/18)
I consider this a healthy day just Mon & Tues of this week. It was not a healthy day I went to a party and there was plenty of alcohol where I had plenty of sips. I also ate plenty of tortilla chips with dip. Sorry I don't have picture of those I was caught up with the party.
A little too much carbs on this plate but hey I did cardio so that's okay
SATURDAY (2/3/18)
This day was alright I kept it really simple on this day. I kinda regret eating a bit too much chips and dip at the party.
I had a few slices instead of one sorry for the blurryness this usually does not happen
SUNDAY (2/4/18)
On this day I ACTUALLY kept it simple.

You don't really see more pictures of me on the treadmill because I've been doing more hiking instead of on the treadmill. But looking at the chart I have to say I have been pretty active during this week. Still improving on being active and eating clean but getting there!!!
