You Are What You Eat (My Food/Fitness Blog #4)
Started my day with some coffee. I used fat free milk which is 90 calories per cup and creamer that is 25 calories per tablespoon.
I had the leftover pizza check it out in the last few photos from my previous blog. My Food/Fitness Blog #1 I took a bite and almost forgot to take a picture as you guys can see.
I went out and bought this at Nijiya Market in San Jose.
I had to take a picture again to show how deep the rice is underneath this delicious seafood.
After a long day I decided to have my coffee with canned milk tea both from the Nijiya Market.
I got carried away because of presentation and finals so I got these from Burger King. I got me small fries (340 calories), crispy chicken sandwich (460 calories), whopper jr. (280 calories). Not going to count their onion rings and the one piece of hot cheetos mac n cheese.
Better day than Monday when it came to dieting.
This is a mackerel roll from Nijiya Market. I love fish especially sushi and raw fish but to the people who love fish. WARNING: Mackerel is one of the fishes with high amounts of mercury
Later that day I got me two half rolls; half tuna poke roll and a half california roll.
Side shot for some food porn.
Got this hockey puck of an ice cream from 7/11 the store. I love these donut ice creams but I can't remember if it was caramel or vanilla but I had it with my coffee and it was cool and refreshing.
This day I ate some food from home and didn't eat too much from outside.
This is a small scoop of rice with bits of soy sauce pork, fried potatoes, and a piece of fried salmon simply salmon cooked on a pan with olive oil.
Some food porn action here NO I did not eat the whole thing I ate about half.
Again I went to the Nijiya Market to buy these two which cost about $4.
A close up view of the ice cream.
I later ended that day buying this crab meat sandwich from Paris Baguette.
I don't remember much on this day as I am typing this but here you guys can see I didn't eat that much food.

I bought this bowl from the Marukai Supermarket and I drove to Mitsuwa Marketplace to buy the two croquettes. A croquette is about $1.50 for one and they go with every main dish!!! If I had to compare this with the Cirashi bowl from Nijiya I prefer Nijiya simply because of the visual appeal. I would have to eat this bowl again to make my comparison for which one taste better but they are both delicious!!!
Japanese coffee IDK why I like coffee from Japanese grocery stores but my brain feels that Japanese is cleaner and better than American.
I definitely ate a lot on this day!!!
A little bok choy (chinese food incase anyone is wondering), chinese sausage, and tofu.
Top view.
Front view. Had to capture the top and front view for the foodporn. I got this beauty from Pepper Lunch with some sides.
These are the sides!!! 4 fried oysters and 2 croquettes. I feel like I always need a croquette and again a croquette is around $1.50 wherever you buy it from. The fried oysters are expensive ($5) but they are sooooo good!!!
I had two small bowls the one on the left is Korean food and the one on the right is Chinese specifically Hong-Kong/Cantonese style.
This day was better than Friday.
Coffee with my Fiber-One snack.

This is from home incase anyone was wondering. My mom made me a big bowl of fried rice with two pieces of cucumber and a home cooked steak.
I had two tangerines. I just realized as I'm typing this that tangerines and strawberries and watermelon are my most favorite fruits!!!
This day is improving with the foods consumed so far over the past few days.
A poke bowl. I had to take pictures of it twice for the food porn. The base is white rice with salmon and scallops with some cucumbers, sesame seeds and a scoop of imitation crab meat. No sauces maybe a little sesame oil but definitely ate it with a spoonful of wasabi.
I bought 4 of these near home!!! Also I did not eat all 4 incase anyone was wondering. I only ate two and gave the rest to my family.
I ate the 2 croquettes with some rice and some sweet n sour fish.
To end that day I ate it with some tangerines.

This is huge man!
Going into this much detail has to help you make good decisions regarding diet. That before and after photo at the very top speaks absolute volumes...
That photo at the very top was a long time ago. The food i was eating during the before to after is different from what i eat now. right now I'm a lot more active.
