MONDAY (12/18/17)
I had a final on this day and I was hanging out with friends so the foods I consumed were from outside. I also wrote my review on ("The Disaster Artist"-https://steemit.com/movie/@l82matthew182/the-disaster-artist-my-spoiler-review-thoughts) on that day so please check it out and tell me what you guys think. The half-California roll and the ice cream I got them both from the Nijiya Market. This is another version of a Chirashi I got from the Marukai Supermarket. As you can see from the 3 pictures above this sentence I also got them from the Marukai Supermarket. The canned coffee and the ice cream are a grand total of 317 calories. I came back home and got me a small bowl of Chinese food. I also had a strawberry acai venti from Starbucks which I forgot to record.

TUESDAY (12/19/17)
That was the day I took my last final and man was I relieved. That means I can go to the gym almost everyday. Chicken soup from home and that was all I ate before I went to go take my final. After my final I decided to get some Japanese food from Mitsuwa Marketplace to celebrate and decided to go a little expensive. I bought a little crab meat and sprinkled on top of my rice in the bento box. I also bought the ice cream and canned tea from Mitsuwa. For the ice cream I had two of them. I bought a box of ice cream with 6 mini ice creams in there with 3 different flavors (vanilla, matcha, matcha-vanilla swirl). Each mini ice cream is 80 calories. Came back home and my family saved 3 pieces of chicken for me.

WEDNESDAY (12/20/17)

I burned a little more than 900 calories not 801.1 calories. Also it felt good to return to the gym to grind myself back in shape. Also since my semester is done I'm eating more food from home and less from outside.


I got me 2 servings of rice with salmon & potatoes but some of you call would call this rice with fish & chips.

For my desert I got me a mini ice cream which I bought a box of it from Mitsuwa with a cup of coffee.

80 calories. I had a good workout and was on a high caloric deficit. This day ended successful.

THURSDAY (12/21/17)

I burned a little more than 800 calories on my cardio on an empty stomach.

I boiled some noodles and the black-bean-sauce (Chinese/Korean fusion) is leftover from the restaurant. I simply mix them together.

This is my entire lunch/dinner mixed together.

This is the aftermath.

I had a DIFFERENT family bringing food on a short notice so I ate these two sandwiches. The ate both of them except the one on the right I had two bites and gave the rest to my mom.

This is my desert which is sweet tea (sweetness level is medium) and a mini chocolate cake which I cut into a square brownie.

FRIDAY (12/22/17)
This was the day I worked and since I had work on this day I did not give myself time to go to the gym. Small bowl of Strawberry Toast Crunch cereal. I bought this smoked salmon sandwich from Paris Baguette which is about 700 calories. Korean food. I had a small scoop of white rice, small scoop of wild black rice with a little bulgogi beef & spicy pork with a tofu and an egg on top all sprinkled with corn & sesame seeds. No I did not have 2 servings as you can see the 2 pictures above this sentence. This is simply before and after I take out the wrapper. I put a little whipped cream on my milk(90 calories per cup) to see if it would taste good which I shouldn't have down cause I didn't enjoy it as much while giving myself extra calories. This is 80 calories. Maybe I overdid it a little on this day.

SATURDAY (12/23/17)

Guess you can say this is to make up for yesterday and I burned a little more than 900 calories on empty stomach cardio.

I had two servings of this dish.

My desert which is the ice cream with some apple cider.

SUNDAY (12/24/17) CHRISTMAS EVE!!!

Went on the treadmill for 50 minutes doing my empty stomach cardio. Burned about 800 calories.

Korean food again as you can see the side of rice with an egg on top. Also a side of kimchi and beef short rib.

I ate most of it. No guilt.

I had my potatoes with my 3 slices of pork chop.

These I got from Panara Bread and maybe I overdid it on this day but I assure you I burned more than 1100 calories on that day to make up of all the foods I just ate and that does not include my BMR(Basil Metabolic Rate).

SUMMARY:

Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sundays are the days I worked out. My goal was to do cardio on an empty stomach during the day and do weights at night everyday. My finals were done after Tuesday so I was simply picking up my momentum since I hadn't worked out in quite a while before that. Even though I didn't work out on Monday and Tuesday Im still glad I got more than 10000 steps on each of those days. I probably overdid it on a few of those days but I guarantee you that I not getting any fatter. As I am typing this on Christmas I obviously had another cheatday but after Christmas with all my willpower I will never miss a day of the gym. With my momentum returning I am going to do my cardio and weights this coming Monday.
