Sorry for this late post but i needed to take a small break away from Steemit and enjoy life outside the computer doing other hobbies and just simply relax.

This was from a while back about a two years ago and I am currently in the "after" so far only 50% there in reaching my fitness goal.

MONDAY (1/8/17)
Started that day with tofu and some potatoes. you can call this my lunch Black and white rice sprinkled with sesame seeds with bits of corn and tofu. 5 pieces of fried oysters. they were frozen but what matters is how its fried.

calories for the fried oysters half pound of poki put it all together and this is my dinner

i went to work and this is my workout this day.

TUESDAY (1/9/17)
I decided to get Pepper Lunch on this day. They serve it to you on a cooking plate and you get to see how its cooked with a side of calamari and side of two croquettes all together another shot for some food porn action


This is my workout I stayed up late at night to do my steps.
(20685-8906) +10032 = 21811 are the actual number of steps i did on this day.
i consider this a workout

WEDNESDAY (1/10/17)
I dont remember much but this is all i had on a wednesday.

THURSDAY (1/11/17)

My early workout.

My late workout. I burned another 1000 calories on this day.

FRIDAY (1/12/17)
I need a new camera but I got this from the Nijiya Market. This is a Diamond Chirashi. I was craving sweets so I got a canned milk tea and a black sesame ice cream another close up of the ice cream for some food porn action i had some hotpot

SATURDAY (1/13/17)
i started this day with a small cup of coffee with a few tangerines

SUNDAY (1/14/17)
The two above this are a total of 1000 calories I got them both from Paris Baquette. This is my lunch this is my dinner


and this is my workout

SUMMARY

I think im getting better balancing out my diet and my workout. I actually worked out 4 days out of this week and the rest i ate pretty simple. few days i keep pretty simple cause i screwed up my sleeping schedule where i ve been staying up late and waking up late which affects how much i eat. a few steps forward and a few steps backwards im gonna get better at this.
