The title is a little misleading.
This is MOSTLY a food blog and I am thinking about getting another camera to split this into two blogs; one for JUST food AND another for JUST fitness.



This was from a while back about a two years ago and so far I am only 50% there in reaching my fitness goal.











MONDAY (1/15/18)
My fasted cardio I did at 1:41 PM at the gym. I burned 744 calories.
I don't remember cause I am behind on these blogs. But I intend to catch up so rest assured!!! Since I don't remember I think I worked on this day which is why I did so many steps or I think I was moving my foot up & down in front of the TV. I thought I treat myself with this after working out so much!!! I strongly believe if it fits into your calories. Did NOT have 2 servings!!! Only 1 serving I just took 2 shots when covered & uncovered.









TUESDAY (1/16/18)
This is some clean ass food. But very clean got my protein and veggies. Again treating myself with the same desert. Did NOT have 2 servings!!! Only 1 serving I just took 2 shots when covered & uncovered for the food porn.









WEDNESDAY (1/17/18)
This you can say is my lunch full of good protein. Salmon, curry salmon, & beef. This is squid ink pasta from Doppio Zero. Did NOT have 2 servings!!! Only 1 serving I just took 2 shots for the food porn.









THURSDAY (1/18/18)
Didn't eat that much on this day because of Wednesday I had two very big meals.









FRIDAY (1/19/18)
The first 3 pictures for Friday I got them from Nijiya Market. Did NOT have 2 servings!!! Only 1 serving I just took 2 shots when covered & uncovered for the food porn.
The ice-cream was from Costco.










SATURDAY (1/20/18)
I went out with my parents to go get me some Chinese food. I DID NOT EAT ALL OF THE FOOD...I took SOME from each dish and put it all into my OWN plate. From top to bottom was soup, fried rice, sweet & sour fish, fried oysters, salty yolk fried pumpkin, and the whole set.









SUNDAY (1/21/18)
Left over Chinese food from Saturday
I shared half of this pasta with a friend.
Got me this strawberry drink and the jar is included!!!










SUMMARY
Guess I was only active for two days from the pedometer. Out of the seven days of the week I fucked up 3 times. I guess I blame school since my new semester was starting and I was playing Fallout 4 and I felt like I needed this break from all this blogging.

Seriously the sea food looks yummy :) You are on the right way. You can also make fresh fruit juices and smoothies at home. I use them to replace a meal. Also dried fruits and nuts can be good :)
