MONDAY (11/13/17)

I had a chicken poke for my lunch and dinner. Typically I eat two meals a day which are my lunch and dinner with a few snacks sometimes I eat one meal a day depending on how large it is. If you guys want to find out how I made this chicken poke you can check out the link below this sentence.

TUESDAY (11/14/17)
On the left side I got a little tofu, a side of rice, 3 pieces of tuna sashimi, grilled fish, a little tempura, and miso soup. One the right side I ordered a side of egg, croquette, and chicken katsu. I put both sides into one bento box as you can see in the picture below this sentence.

You guys are probably thinking how mouthwatering this looks well I kinda regretted a little and should've cut back a bit on the fried foods. After eating my bento I went to have desert after. You can see the front and back view of my matcha and ice cream. The matcha can was 35 calories while the ice cream was 170 calories adding the two together it is 205 calories.

You guys are thinking how crazy this is but I ASSURE you guys that this is all in one sitting and the picture right side above this sentence is how many calories I burned. The machine says I burned 800 calories but it is off as it assumes that my body is average weight but I am 10-20 pounds heavier so I burned about 880 calories. The treadmill I was on is not that flexible because I can't input age and weight. But yes I burned about 880 calories doing FASTED CARDIO and then ate all this delicious food in my bento box right after. The calories I burned is just from the exercise and I haven't including my BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) but rest assured I am still on a heavy caloric deficit.

WEDNESDAY (11/15/17)
I would like to apologize on that day because I went out with my family to eat at a religious place (not Church) and I forgot to take the pictures of the food I ate but I still have pictures of the others that I consumed. This is the coffee I made with black coffee, milk that is 90 calories per cup, and fat free cream that is 15 calories per tablespoon.

And this big picture you see below this sentence is my last snack of the day. The bottle is 0 calories with 240% of vitamin C and the ice cream you know is 170 calories.

I ended my Wednesday doing weights then cardio. Ideally I wanted to do my cardio in the morning as it is the most effective when it comes to burning the fat but I had to go to a religious place with my family. With the foods I ate at the religious place and the workouts I did I know I shouldn't be on a surplus.

THURSDAY (11/16/17)

I started my Thursday with my morning cardio burning around 580 calories again as the treadmill isn't very accurate. Later the day I bought my one-pound tuna which has about 106 grams of protein and including the fat it is close to 500 calories.

I mix my one-pound tuna with the two croquettes and put it next to my bowl of rice and egg.

The workout I did this morning would have cancelled the tuna and the egg leaving the two croquettes and the bowl of rice. Good thing for me I finished everything except half the bowl of rice. Again you just gotta admire the beauty of the ice cream with the front and back view.

Later in the night I had a steamed bun


I actually had two goldfish snacks and calculating all the foods with my BMR I'm at around 500 calorie deficit.

FRIDAY (11/17/17)
I forgot to take a picture of my results on the treadmill doing my morning cardio but as you can see down below I ate pretty clean compared to days before. I also had half a bottle of watermelon evolution cause I drank the other half on Thursday.

For the picture on the left above this sentence I will send a link to the recipe on how I made it but it is packed with protein and calorie friendly. There are two other snacks I forgot to take a picture of which is a half-tuna burrito (Nijiya Market) and one potato ball (Paris Baguette). My last snack on Friday was dumplings.

That wraps it up for my Friday with a high caloric deficit of a little more than 1000 calories and I believe it makes up for my Thursday.

SATURDAY (11/18/17)
I weighed myself and I wanted to show you guys that I haven't gained any weight except lost a few pounds over the last few weeks because of my fasted cardio. I also did my fasted cardio this day and again I forgot to take a picture but you guys can see a picture of my pedometer in the "My Summary"

The three pictures above this sentence I made a simple meal which is a cup of rice with meat and onions. Plenty of protein and calorie friendly. After that meal I had my coffee with two fiber-one snacks (180 calories with 10 grams of fiber).

I also had my coffee with this cake which is 300 calories but I only ate half so 150 calories.

I later went to go watch Justice League with a friend and we both shared popcorn which I forgot to record. This sums up my day.

SUNDAY (11/19/17)
This is the only day of the week where I did not work out. You can totally see that in the picture of my-steps in the "My Summary." On this day I took a piece of bread and cut it into two slices and buttered them on top. The butter I use is 35 calories per tablespoon so its calorie friendly. I then placed the one which became two slices onto a pan to toast it.

Then I use a can of sardines to put it on top of the two breads and last top it off with eggs.

Later on I had my rice with a little kimchi and two potato balls from Paris Baguette with a pound of tuna poke from Costco.

My last snack of Sunday was french fries.

This is the day that I screwed up the most.

My Summary:
You can see which days I actually did my cardio. 17,500 steps is about 10 miles which is equivalent to burning more than 1000 calories.

So this is all the foods I ate last week. You guys have a good idea on what foods I eat on a regular basis. I would like to apologize on not being 100% with what I have shown you guys at most you guys have seen about 85% of the foods I have consumed as I am still getting use to blogging especially food blogging. With the upcoming weekly Food/Fitness Blogs you guys will see better content. My weight has not changed and I should've post a picture of that; one on Monday and the other on Sunday to show the changes. Lessons learned as I will improve my content further on the upcoming ones.

Wow those ice creams do look pretty impressive. I'm also impressed with the way that you are recording everything you eat. How long have you been doing this?

i thought about this a while ago but i don't have a high def camera to vlog so i decided to blog and this was the place for me to do it. you can get this or you should be able to get this at a Japanese grocery store.
