Thinking about changing the thumbnail but I want to have a consistency with this blog series.
This was from a while back about a two years ago and so far I am only 50% there in reaching my fitness goal.
MONDAY (1/22/18)
On this day I worked out in the gym doing some weights and fasted cardio. For the weight training I focused on my back. I had a big bowl of lunch and small bowl of dinner.

TUESDAY (1/23/18)
This was the day I hiked at Mission Peak and after that I had one small hamburger, a half pound colossal burger with small fries, and a midnight snack. These pictures are not in chronological order because I want to show off my burgers.

Only 1 serving I just took 2 shots when showing how big it is and the position for the food porn.

WEDNESDAY (1/24/18)
This day I kept it simple. This day I started a new semester my mom packed me ribs & potatoes at 2:39PM which you guys can't see well and I apologize and had desert at 5:52PM.

THURSDAY (1/25/18)
This day I also kept it pretty simple. I also remember I was at Frys to look for cameras to make blogs and vlogs for this platform and that is where I bought the bottled Pepsi.

Got this at Frys at 5:00PM. Never had one in a bottle so I decided to buy it.

FRIDAY (1/26/18)
Did my fasted cardio on this day and had one big plate of food as my lunch/dinner.
SATURDAY (1/27/18)
This day was a special day for my family and we went out to eat. But before we went out to eat I had two rice-balls.

I DID NOT EAT ALL THE FOOD FROM THE 9 PICTURES YOU SEE...but I did eat a BIT of everything. LOL I gained so much weight on that day and the food was soo much to the point where my belly was about to burst. I would never eat like that ever again.
SUNDAY (1/28/18)
This day I didn't eat that much because of Saturday so I had a few simple foods. My family and I we were still celebrating.
Had a few slices two or three maybe
Tried to be healthy as I can would have eaten more tangerines but I didn't have as much during the time
SUMMARY
Was more active this week than last week. I guess on the day where I really fucked up on eating was a Saturday but I'm not going to blame myself since this was on a special occasion. But so much food was in my stomach during that day and it took me about two days for it all to go through to my system. I like to say I am improving on my eating and my active lifestyle.
