What Will I Learn?

• You will learn the functionality of Befaco's A*B+C

Description

Learn the functionality of Befaco's A*B+C

Befaco's A*B+C is a module which makes if very easy to combine waves in interesting ways. As the name suggests, by inputting 3 different signals the math of the module will combine them as Input A X Input B + Input C

Learn how the math changes the signal

The math of A*B+C is very simple in how it works, but provides interesting results. Keep in mind that the inputs of A and B will be multiplied and if an if C is connected, then added to C. While it is difficult to predict the results of such math it is good to keep in mind that these functions are happening as you consider what MAY result.

Learn how to manipulate the attenuverter B1 & B2

The two dials, B and C are attenuverters. This means that when in the center position the signal level will be zero. Full right multiplies the signal by 2 and full left multiplies the signal by -2. Turning toward the left will provide an inverted version of the input signal. CAUTION - because the signal is multiplied by 2 and -2 you may experience some cliping. Be careful.

Learn how to manipulate the attenuverter C1 & C2

The C1 and C2 attenuverters multiplies the signal by 1 and -1 when rotating right to left respectively.
