Traveldigest

#1 Buddha Park, Vientiane, Lao PDR

@poorcirculation takes us to the Buddha Park in Vientiane, Laos. The entrance cost is less than 1 USD, and for what you're able to see, it is well worth it. Whilst the park has an ancient feel to it, the oldest statues are from 1950 and most of the ones you can find were additions from after 1980. The statues are likely made by forming concrete using steel and wire frames. All the huge statues give a distinct spiritual feel to the place.

#2 Longest Dog Fence In The World | Kanku (Breakaways) Conservation Park

@overlandjournals takes us to Kanku Conservation Park in the Australian Outback. The name Kanku means shelter in the native aboriginal language. The park consists out of all sorts of rock formations scattered throughout the red sand desert landscape. Another sight to take in is the Dog Fence, it was built by farmers in the 1880s to keep Dingos away from their livestock. It spans a total of 5614km!

More and more vegan specialty businesses are popping up and the market is their playground, to show off their newest and coolest dishes.
