Monetize Your PBN Network & Earn Additional Income With It - SEO Tutorial Series - # 26

Welcome to the twenty-sixth episode of my SEO tutorial series. In the last few tutorials, I've explained how you can set up your own PBN and generate backlinks from there, and I believe that there is nothing more to explain other than the use case of PBN like how you can make the most out of it.

PBN is an expensive method of link-building but it pays off and gives you complete control over your link profile (only for the links that were generated from those networks' sites). That's the reason why it's a no-brainer option for SEO optimizers. The only drawback is that it is considered gray-hat by Google which puts PBN option at risk.

Despite the cost, it is also time-consuming to maintain those sites and that's the reason why most people use spun content in their PBN sites (but they fail to understand that it could expose their network to Google which will obviously result in de-indexation).

In this episode, I'll explain the ways that could make you enough money and might also cover the cost of your PBN. Though I'm not in big favor of some of those ways, consider it an educational post. If you'd like to adopt any method, feel free to do so.

# 1 - By Selling Backlinks:

A lot of SEO optimizers believe that it is good to have a diversity of outbound links on their site. If they would mention some random sites' link with do-follow type, then it can give a little bit boost to that site too. So, they decided to run the backlinks service.

They take the money from random people and make it clear that they'll be providing backlinks from their PBN network. Some providers send the report to buyers at the end but some of them refrain to do so, in order to protect their network from possible risk.

The charges per backlink vary by category of your site and the power of PBN. If the PBN has sites with 50+ DA, then the network is great enough. It must be noted that most of such services use spun content because they don't have the time to write 10 articles for one topic (if you have 10 sites in the network, you'll have to write 10 different articles because links should be related to the content). If your sole purpose is to just profit from those buyers, then it might make sense for you to write the article 1 time and spin it multiple times to post on other sites in your work. # 2 - By Monetizing Your Network:

This method is under-utilized because people believe that there won't be much traffic to their PBN sites. It can be true at times but if your PBN sites are genuine enough, then you can expect to receive at least 100-1,000 visit a month to each site. Why? because if the metrics of those domains are high, then traffic is sure to come (through the backlinks of your PBN sites).

Monetization is possible in two ways. You can either use CPM model to earn some commission but I won't recommend this option because of dust earning. The second way is to advertise products and earn commission by selling them such as Amazon affiliate program or Clickbank etc.

# 3 - Farm The Metrics Of Fresh Sites:

This one is blackhat but a widely used method. You can buy some fresh domains and provide them backlinks from your PBN sites. Doing so will improve the metrics of your fresh site and you could even sell those fresh sites for $100 or more.

Fresh sites are not necessary though, you can pick any random expired domain and farm its metrics. Due to the age of expired domain, it will look genuine to searchers. (That's exactly the reason why I had to spend a lot of time explaining how to uncover fake domains).

You can use this trick in whitehat manner too. If you intend to use those sites for your own purpose, then it's a good thing. That might also reduce the cost of your PBN network since you could just purchase 10 sites in network and farm other sites through 10. But the power of those manipulated metrics wouldn't be high.
