Private Blog Network (PBN) & How It Works! - The Robust Link-building Strategy To Rank ANY Keyword - SEO Tutorial Series - # 20

Welcome to the twentieth episode of my SEO tutorial series. If you've read my last post, you'd know how important SEO is for you if you want to maximize your profits and you'd know how SEO can beat any advertising agency, no matter how competitive rates per click they offer to market your product.

But if you haven't read my last post yet, then I'd highly recommend you to do that! because that will encourage you to learn more and probably motivate you to do something unique for your business. To be honest, SEO industry is big enough. We see new inventions every day and when people want to know their usage, they search on Google. That's how new keyword comes into the SEO industry.

Also, some people follow the strategy of hijacking product launch and they try to be the first to write about that product. Anyways, in this episode, we're going to learn the grey-hat strategy that won't necessarily backfire you if you do it the right way but if you use this strategy being careless, then expect to get the penalty from Google and also expect to see your site blacklisted in Google search engine.

Today, we will discuss the "Private Blog Network" strategy which can help you rank literally "any" keyword you want, be it the low competition, medium or high competition. That means the strategy is scalable and profitable at the same time. You will be able to save your precious time and gain buyers for your product at soonest possible time.

This strategy is also referred as "PBN" in SEO industry which stands for "Private Blog Network". The strategy is great enough but requires long instructions if one wants to use it safely.

What is PBN?

PBN is the strategy used to rank your desired keyword. Basically, you own the network of high metrics sites and you produce the backlink from your own sites' network that increases your impact on the search engines. All the major search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and Bing etc consider backlinks as the most important factor. However, Google cares more about the quality of backlinks while other search engines care a bit less than Google.

Risks and How to reduce them:

As I said it before, this strategy is the king of all strategies and the most successful one if someone wants quick results. But that comes with the risk of getting your site blacklisted on Google search engine. As I explained, you produce the backlinks from your own network of sites for your "money/main" site (i.e the site which you want to rank).

The first thing to make sure that you do not get penalized by Google is:

• Maintain Quality Content On Your Site
• Do not excessively produce backlinks
• Keep the backlinks in-content rather than spam.

Each point requires explanation. So, let's discuss those points in brief explanations:

Maintaining Quality Content:

The article/post on your main site (i.e the article that you optimized with On-Page SEO on your main site) must be of high quality and you must ask yourself "Will the audience of Google like my content , will it answer all their questions, will they be able to find their required solution?" If yes, then that's a green signal. You should go ahead and produce backlinks from your network to rank your main article.

Excessive Backlinks:

When you are creating the backlinks from your network, make sure that you mention the link just once. Do not unnecessarily link your main article. It is preferred that you include the high-quality sites' links too if they are relevant to your content (for example, use those high-quality sites as a reference).

Make sure that the link to your main site is mentioned only once. Also, make sure that you use your network for only 1 main site. Though you can use your network to rank more than 1 site, the problem is, when Google would discover that you are using your network to rank your "own" money sites then the chances of penalization will increase greatly.

In-Content Backlinks:

Some people adopt the spammy way to quickly generate the backlinks for their main site, and when Google find such links, they penalize the site and sometimes even blacklist in their search engine. The most serious penalty is "de-indexation". When Google de-index your site and include in the blacklist, then you shouldn't expect to get the site back to normal again. That would simply mean that your site is now useless. (for getting traffic from search engines).

PBN - How it works:

As I said earlier, the complete strategy can't be explained in a single post. There are a lot of factors that you must take care of, otherwise, you are going to regret by using this strategy. Don't try this strategy until I explain its every aspect. Got it?

The method involves the following elements:

• High-metrics Domains
• Careful hosting
• Different approaches
• Big number of HQ content
• Outbound/Inbound strategy
