The Easiest Way To Create Your Own Private Blogs Network (PBN) - SEO Tutorial Series - # 22 (New Year SPECIAL!)

Welcome to the twenty-2nd episode of my SEO tutorial series. First of all, let me express how I am feeling to be here at this new year event. The time I spent in 2017 with you, it is something that I can never forget. Especially some awesome people I met with and they showed enough appreciations and supports which makes 2017 a memorable year for me.

And I believe that if 2017 was that good, how awesome would be 2018! To be honest, I am super excited, both for the Steem community and for my family too. Once I'm done with all the planned projects, I might marry a girl and make a family with her. It would be awesome, right?

As much as I'd love to talk more about that, but as the topic is related to SEO and I'm yet to start talking about the subject, let's get back to the topic and keep those general talks for some other day.

From the past couple of tutorials, we've started discussing the steps and ways to build the successful PBN (Private Blog network). If you've read my last couple of tutorials, you'd know that we need an expired domain to build the PBN because we need the link-juice of those domains to pass on our desired site.

If you want to choose the easy way out to find the expired domains, then there are high chances that you'll end up paying more but if you're rich enough and don't really care about it, then this option is going to work for you. You'll need to pay anywhere from $100 to $1,000 for a single domain excluding registration charges.

Costs:

A good network usually consists of at least 100 relevant sites. So, if you calculate the cost of just domains, then you'll need approximately $100,000 for 100 high-metrics domain. Sounds too much, right? But as compared to the benefits that you'll be enjoying, it is nothing. With 100 high-metrics domains network, you'll be able to rank medium-difficulty keywords.
Note: Be informed that I haven't included the hosting costs and yearly domain renewal costs. You'll need a wide range of hosting providers which will again cost much more. Assume $5 per month per domain, that amounts to $500 per month. Also, the yearly renewal charges with private registration might be $25. So the yearly cost for domain renewals will be around $2,500. That's a lot of money, man. But again, this is something you'll need to bear since you picked the easy way out.

Profitability:

As I explained there, the profits can be big enough if you have a complete game plan in your mind. You'll not need to waste your time on useless crappy keywords which never updates on Google. Instead, you'll be able to rank your site for best performing keywords and beat your competitors much easily.

So, even if you're ranking 50,000 monthly searches keyword and you become successful to rank at-least 100 of such keywords, it will give you around 5,000,000 search impressions per month. Then the profit depends on your marketing skills and your honesty. If you're a good marketer and honest enough, you'll make x10 of what you invested and cover all the costs. Remember, $100,000 cost is just one time (but hosting every month and renewal every year).

Guide To Buy The High-Metrics Expired Domains:

As you might have assumed already, you'll need to find the right domain agencies. They usually take x5 of the worth of domains (just like we discussed above) but if you want to use the easy way out, you'll have to bear it.

Step 1: You'll need to go and pick your desired domain from domains agencies.

Step 2: Verify if the domain was used for the PBN purpose before or not. If yes, then don't buy that domain, and if no, check other important stuff. In order to verify the old use of the domain, go to Archive and browse the sites. If that domain page contains a lot of links, then it is likely spammed and blacklisted.

Step 3: Check the metrics and verify if it matches your niche.

Step 4: Find out the age of the domain. Old domains are much better.

Step 5: Check if the domain is disabled from Google Adsense. Though it makes little sense, some webmasters like to earn with their PBN network too.

Step 6: If everything is fine with the domain, then what are you waiting for? Grab the domain before someone else make it unavailable for you.

So, that was an easy way to buy the expired domains. Remember! don't touch the hosting part because that's a completely different story. You will need to be very careful in hosting the domains to ensure that you do not leave any footprint for Google or any search engine to detect that you're using your own site's network to generate backlinks. After all, this strategy is not white-hat, it is a grey-hat strategy and has side-effects.
