The Most Effective Method To Find High Quality Expired Domains - PBN Strategy Explained - SEO Tutorial Series - # 23

Welcome to the twenty-3rd episode of my SEO tutorial series. In the last tutorial, we've discussed how you can save your time at the expense of money and that's exactly the problem (i.e the money) for most people. Before you step into SEO, you should note that SEO is an expensive field. If you want to be successful, you need to have the decent amount of capital in your bag. But that's subjective!

That's because the earning level and average salary vary from country to country. Similarly, the expense of living varies from country to country. What is expensive for one doesn't mean it will be expensive for another person. In simple words, I am trying to say that you need to have at least $10,000 in your wallet if you want to start and step into the SEO field to make profits quickly. Otherwise, you might have to put a lot of time to cover the space of money.

Now, for an average US person, $10,000 is their 2 years savings. As far as I know, an average American can save around $500 per month and therefore, it will take 20 months for him to reach $10,000 level. Now let's look at the extreme side, if you're from the country like Nigeria or Egypt or even Pakistan (like me), then $10,000 is a shit load of money to invest. In Pakistan, we can open a decent shop with $10,000 and start to make a quick profit with the shop (while owning all other assets). Therefore, SEO is very expensive if you're from the similar economy (like me) but it is not that expensive for an average American. Actually, it is very cheap in America if we compare the cost of other physical businesses in the US.

That's why there's no easy way to describe how cheaper/expensive the field could be. The last tutorial can change your life if you can afford the amount of money mentioned there ($100,000) but if you don't have that much money, then you can simply focus on this method which still requires investment but not that much. Assume the investment of $3,000 for this method. But be informed that it is time-consuming.

For this method, you'll need one of the following services:

• Ahrefs (Paid account) [Most Recommended]
• Majestic (Paid account)

We are still discussing PBN strategy, and that means we're discussing the way to find best domains for our PBN because that's the only major step and determining the factor of your success. In order to be successful with PBN, your domains must be spam-free and must have high metrics. Also, they must be relevant to your niche.

Guide To Find The High-Metrics Expired Domains with Ahrefs:

Step 1: Go grab one Ahrefs account. They also offer 7-14 days free trial. Although they require you to add your credit card first, but they won't charge you for the trial.

Step 2: Find the best authority sites that are not too common to people but have high metrics. That's because we'll find the backlinks that they "linked" to other sites (i.e the outgoing backlink from this site to the external site) or in more simple words, we'll check its external links with one twist and that is "Broken External Links".

Step 3: Insert the domain in search of Ahrefs and check its broken links. Make sure that you select "dofollow" from the options to make sure that you look at only dofollow broken links. (If you don't know what's dofollow, then please pick the right tutorial from the list at the end of my post).

Step 4: As you can see, total 2,181 broken dofollow links are found on Ahrefs. Use the export function and save the CSV file.

Step 5: Trim domain URLs to root and remove duplicates. (You can use Scrapebox for this purpose).

Step 6: Now check the availability of domains. Use DynaDot bulk domain availability checker.

I guarantee you that you'll find hundreds of best quality domains if you follow the guide carefully. That means you'll be able to earn around $10,000 every month just by selling domains if you consistently find great quality domains and just sell to people. That's a big sum of money. But if you want to target for less, you can easily do that. It just requires 4-5 hours a day and you're good to go! Actually, that's how you can save big to start your own PBN later.
