Saipan Damashii aka @rodeo670 shared part two of the novel he has been working on. It’s an interesting read so far but as he noted, it hasn’t benefited from editing. This sparked a discussion about the benefits of peer review and editing in order to release polished material. And also, how much to release if the future intent is to make a novel available for sale.

The Writers’ Block has a great fiction workshop and we talked about that as well.

I find poetry is often nuanced in its meaning and unlike prose, I have a difficult time getting my head around poetry. A well written guide for those who can at least get their head into the poet’s work.

@crimsonclad is really great at helping to promote PYPT even though she has a show running on PAL at the same time. She encourage people to join into PYPT to participate and either listen to her show through twitch or catch the recording. That also means she can’t get a chance to get in and pimp any of her posts.

So, I did. I shared her most recent post which was a pretty amazing read on her experiences with Skellig Michael island in Ireland.

@battleaxe shared her post about her bad selfie contest. There’s always a different twist when @battleaxe sets up a contest. It keeps them fun and real.

@staceyjean wrote this gutsy post about the domestic violence trauma she has experienced and the apparent indifference to it from a partner she was parting company with due to that indifference.

How safe is Our Intellectual property?

@davidekpin joined PYPT for the first time and had a struggle getting his mic working but her persevered. He’d only been on board STEEM at that point for a day and had the question, “how safe was his intellectual property”. Weight in and let him know.

My Introductory Post

After all the work he did to get on PYPT we had him share his introductory post as well. We had a great chat with him. Keep on eye on this fellow, it looks like he’s sticking around.

Conclusion

As I expected, there was about as many links shared during the evening session as there had been in the morning. There was 24 links shared during the evening session for a total for the day of 47 posts, a new record.

Don’t forget, you can visit the Steemit Ramble discord at anytime. When you share the post of another Steemizen in the nominate-someones-post channel you will get access to another channel nominate-your-post. I regularly review those two channels for potential posts to share in the Steemit Ramble.

If you are two busy to share, there is a post promotion channel. I might look in there some day. Steemit is about sharing and building community.
