Poem no.70 : Valentine's Day
Ogni anno, il 14 di febbraio
Ti ritrovi a svuotare il tuo salvadanaio,
Perchè é San Valentino
E la tua ragazza, aspetta il regalino.
Il giorno in qui tutti dichiarano il loro amore
Un amore che molte volte non dura,
Ma se ami veramente qualcuno, lo fai a tutte le ore
E per tutta la vita te ne prendi cura.
Festeggiate l'amore ogni giorno
Senza aspettare per un anno il suo ritorno,
Perché molti fanno finta di essere innamorati
Solo per non sembrare sfigati.
Invece, l'amore vero
Non ha bisogno di una festa,
Perchè é molto più di un semplice pensiero
E si trova nel tuo cuore, non nella tua testa.
