    I am a very risky man ha ha ha, I tell you this because I have commented to the Koreans, an indifference response ha ha ha, but I have done it, you have to take a risk ha ha ha ha, sorry for laughing but imagine, I comment at minute 2 and the post has a value of 4 steem, and at minute 5 the post has a value of 300 steem, there is no doubt who is in charge, but I will risk it again later, if the answer is indifference it does not matter I've already been through that ha ha ha, he who does not risk does not win.

    They have been able to built a nice and strong comunity, obviously then, since they get lots of Steems, they are more encouraged to be active etc.

    The Koreans have always owned the trending page. They mostly use upvoting bots to boost up their posts.
