Il Tribunale Costituzionale spagnolo ha dichiarato incostituzionali le norme con le quali il Governo spagnolo aveva imposto lo stato d’allarme nel paese limitando la libertà di movimento delle persone.
Infine il Tribunale ha dichiarato incostituzionale la competenza del Ministero della Salute di modificare o ampliare le misure di contenimento nell'ambito delle attività commerciali, delle strutture culturali e delle attività ricreative, nonché delle attività alberghiere e di ristorazione.

You're right, reform is almost always impossible within a corrupt system. You either change the system entirely, or you spend a lifetime dancing around this law, or that legislation, or this Court ruling or that new political promise. It's all bells and whistles on the surface, but the foundation remains rotten and corrupt. Big Pharma and the Global Elite will find a way around this ruling!
Caspita... questa è una sentenza importante. Il sospetto ce l’hanno avuto in molti, e adesso si puó dire che i sospetti erano fondati. Vicenda molto interessante, grazie per tenerci aggiornati su questi fatti.
Prego Stefano! Lo sai che ci tengo molto a queste tipi d'informazioni. Spero che i nostri avvocati e magistrati qui in Italia riescono a difendere i nostri diritti, e che possono smascherare bene questo spettacolo.
Diciamo che l'emergenza sanitaria ha dato la possibilità ai governi del mondo industrializzato di limitare le libertà democratiche in nome della salute, solo tra molti anni capiremo effettivamente cosa è successo veramente! L' importante è non fermarsi mai alle notizie che ci danno e continuare ad informarci. Grazie Tino per questo post!
Prego! E grazie per i tuoi pensieri, che condivido pienamente. Il problema è che tra anni avremo altre distrazioni da affrontare. Guarda cosa che ancora stiamo cercando di capire cos'è successo all'11 settembre. Man mano che si calma questo spettacolo della pandemia, stanno già preparando una simulazione di un attacco informatico all'internet e i tanti sistemi che sono gestite al livello digitale. Ricordiamoci che alla fine di 2019, queste stesse persone hanno fatto una simulazione su "una pandemia".
As long as the measures taken by the governments are for the benefit of the citizens everything is fine. They are elected to administer the laws of the countries.
And when a Constitutional Court determines that the government has violated the law, that government should be held accountable, and the citizens should demand to know the reasons why their rights have been violated.
I notice that you tend to simply read headlines or small portions of a post, and often comment out of context. Perhaps you are practicing your English skills, or maybe hoping for some easy upvotes. If you truly want to engage in conversation, make a little more effort in knowing something about the content, that way you can formulate a better opinion in context. You certainly don't have to agree, but make an effort to truly dialogue.
