Reflection
"Encourage each other and build up together" With these Words the Apostle Paul invites the Thessalonians and all Christians of all times to be a true community in Christ. The Church is that necessary place where gathered as a great family, we fill ourselves with the Word, we grow in faith and we support and strengthen each other. To speak of Christianity is to speak of community. A Christian who only looks at his own navel, who only cares about himself, cannot be consistent with the Gospel. To be consistent with the Gospel, a Christian must be able to go out of himself out of love for God and neighbor and give himself entirely in love. That coming out of ourselves, that looking at the other with love and as a brother, unfailingly leads us to the experience of community life with the brothers of faith. The Christian grows in community, is strengthened in community, is encouraged in community, corrects himself fraternally and is perfected in community. May God give us the grace to get out of ourselves and understand what we are by being with others. Amen.

11 Por eso anímense mutuamente y edifíquense juntos, como ya lo están haciendo.
Reflexión
"Anímense mutuamente y edifíquense juntos" Con estas Palabras el apóstol Pablo invita a los tesalonicenses y a todos los cristianos de todos lo tiempos a que sean una verdadera comunidad en Cristo. La Iglesia es ese lugar necesario donde congregados como una gran familia, nos llenamos de la Palabra, crecemos en la fe y nos damos apoyo y fortalecemos mutuamente. Hablar de cristianismo es hablar de comunidad. No puede ser coherente con el Evangelio un cristiano que sólo mira su propio ombligo, que sólo se preocupa de sí mismo. Para ser coherente con el Evangelio, un cristiano debe ser capaz de salir de si mismo por amor a Dios y al prójimo y darse enteramente en amor. Ese salir de nosotros mismos, ese mirar al otro con amor y como hermano, nos conduce indefectible a la experiencia de vida comunitaria con los hermanos de fe. El cristiano crece en comunidad, se fortalece en comunidad, se anima en comunidad, se corrige fraternalmente y se perfecciona en comunidad. Que Dios nos de la gracia de salir de nosotros mismos y de entender que somos siendo con los otros. Amén.
