Reflection

These are some of the advice that Tobías receives from his father Tobit (Deuterocanonical books), in which the value and dignity of honesty will be evident, of giving without expecting to receive in return and of pleasing and honoring God with his life. In order to have good interpersonal relationships and cultivate love in ourselves and in others, it is necessary to listen and act according to this maxim "Do not do to others what you would not like for yourself.", Said tobit and our Lord Jesus reaffirms it by pronouncing it himself (Matthew 22, 39) that this is the will of God for men, his following brings us closer and makes us enter the kingdom of God. What pleases God leads us to good and happiness, what does not, to evil and suffering. Excesses do not please God, that's why they never lead us to anything good, have some wine but don't get drunk because you could commit a lot of terrible nonsense, raise your point of view but don't try to impose it with blow and sword, love but don't obsessions as it would lead to suffering. what pleases God is temperance, being moderate in our way of acting is a sign of wisdom, maturity of character and inner strength. Helping others helps us, unintentionally, to us too, when we give with detachment we seek the good without price and this returns to us in joy and happiness instantly, our whole being vibrates with love and love when we see that we are capable of to do good without looking at whom, when we see with our own eyes that our actions and words can change the reality of the other for the better, and when this happens, life becomes more beautiful. No hagas a los demás lo que no te gustaría para ti. No tomes vino hasta embriagarte ni hagas de las juergas la compañera de tu vida. Comparte tu pan con los que tienen hambre y tu ropa con los que andan desnudos. Da generosamente de todo lo que tengas en abundancia y que no te pese dar limosnas. Haz caso a los consejos de las personas mayores y no desprecies nunca un buen consejo. Bendice al Señor Dios a cada momento, pídele que guíe tus pasos y que resulten tus obras y tus proyectos.

Reflexión

Estos son algunos de los consejos que Tobías recibe de su padre Tobit (Libro deuterocanónico), en los que quedará patente el valor y la dignidad de la honradez,de dar sin esperar recibir a cambio y de agradar y honrar a Dios con su vida. Para llegar a tener buenas relaciones interpersonales y cultivar el amor en nosotros mismos y en los demás es necesario prestar oído y actuar conforme a esta máxima "No hagas a los demás lo que no te gustaría para ti.", Lo dijo tobit y nuestro Señor Jesús lo reafirma al pronunciarlo Él mismo (Mateo 22, 39) que esa es la voluntad de Dios para los hombres, su seguimiento nos acerca y hace entrar en el reino de Dios. Lo que agrada a Dios nos lleva al bien y a la felicidad, lo que no, al mal y al sufrimiento. Los excesos no agradan a Dios, por eso nunca nos llevan a nada bueno, toma algo de vino pero no te emborraches pues podrías cometer muchas tonterías terribles, plantea tu punto de vista pero no trates de imponerlo a golpe y espada, ama pero no te obsesiones pues te llevaría al sufrimiento. lo que agrada a Dios es la templanza, ser moderados en nuestra forma de actuar es señal de sabiduría, madurez de carácter y fortaleza interior. Ayudar al prójimo nos ayuda, sin querer, a nosotros también, cuando damos con desprendimiento procuramos el bien sin precio y este retorna a nosotros en alegría y felicidad de forma instantánea, todo nuestro ser vibra de amor y en amor cuando vemos que somos capaces de hacer el bien sin mirar a quién, cuando vemos con nuestros propios ojos que nuestros actos y palabras pueden cambiar para bien la realidad del otro, y cuando esto pasa, la vida se nos hace mas bonita. Sepamos escuchar todo lo que nos digan y extraigamos de ello lo mejor, lo de provecho para todos, venga esto de un rico magnate o de un recolector de basura, venga de un niño o de un anciano, quitemos el velo de los prejuicios y prestemos atención al mensaje siempre pensando que podemos extraer lo mejor.
