Last night I DJed for the first time in two years. It was a late night and I didn't get to sleep until 4am.

I always find it difficult to 'lay in.' My body clock likes to rise with the sun. However I forced myself to stay in bed and get a few hours more rest.

In the afternoon we had a family picnic. I indulged a bit. There was just too much good food on offer not to!
