Monday is usually kickboxing day however Marv is on holiday so I went to the local gym to work legs.
I keep it light as I have a heavy leg day with Ivar tomorrow. I finished off the session with low intensity cardio. It pretty much standard procedure. Pretty every session ends on either the treadmill or cycle machine for the remainder of my cut.
