With my holiday to the US just around the corner I'm now entering my last few sessions with Ivar before we break for a few weeks.

I went a bit extreme after the session. I went to Nandos and bought half a chicken and some chicken thighs. That was lunch time. I then didn’t eat for the rest of the day.

I knew that I was DJing tomorrow night and I was going to a family picnic on Saturday. This was certain to throw my eating out of whack! Extreme times call for extreme measures… so a good fast before bad eating and sleeping seemed like a good move. Let’s see!
