A journey into the unknown. On the ship ... Part 2

I don't even know how long we stood there, spellbound by the magic of the cosmos. Gradually my thoughts turned again to the dream about home, about how we'll meet when we finally get back to Earth.

The girl's voice sounded from the monitor, brought me out of a state of dreamy thoughtfulness. She again invited everyone to gather in the dining room for dinner.

This time the commander wasn't there. In dining room gathered only members of our crew. They all felt quite relaxed, no tension, stiffness...

At dinner we exchanged impressions. Some of us already have visited have captain, but nothing interesting things to tell could not. The usual questions about simple things - who, where and how got to that planet. Actually, what else could he ask of the rank and file astronauts.

After dinner, we wandered around the ship, looked to visit friends, and then again for a long time watched the stars.

Night has passed quietly. We finally rested and were full of energy.

Shortly after Breakfast the captain took us on key areas of the ship, told about the purpose of a separate, unknown machines and mechanisms and also told us what ship this is partially composed of living matter. Yes, the technology they had developed at the highest level, we have to be still to grow and grow.

Soon after the tour we finally were invited into the cabin to the captain.

She was also placed on sartanski. Nothing extra, just what you need for a short break. A little overkill you could calculate the availability in the cabin small bar with liquor, whom the captain we decided to treat. Since we were unfamiliar with these sorts of screws, we completely relied on the taste of the host of these drinks.

Red chose a red, tart wine, poured it into wine glasses and served us. For a while we silently enjoyed its divine taste, and then the conversation started.

Mostly, told I one. Arthur, as always, chose to pass on to my fragile female shoulders the difficult task to negotiate.

I painted our planet in detail, told everything I knew about the destination and the purpose of our expedition, which failed as a result of the catastrophe in an unknown part of the Galaxy.

I also told him that my escape pod landed on a small planet where I serendipitously met his beloved, who, along with me were in the same expedition. I told about how we helped local scientists to build a space ship and begin exploration of outer space in order to find a more highly evolved civilization to help us in our search for the way home.

The captain silently listened to my confession, occasionally inserting questions or commenting on what I said.

Then he paused for a while and then promised to talk to some of his superiors and friends on arrival on his planet and ask them to help us.

Also, the commander kindly agreed to tell us about his planet Ergan, how it is equipped, what is its natural landscape, flora and fauna.

Learning that I am by profession a biologist and collecting for a zoo of exotic animals, red said that I will find a real Paradise. He was sure that I had never seen animals living on his home planet.
Satisfied with the conversation, we parted with the hospitable owner friends, and went to his cabin, building optimistic plans for the future.

Deciding to have a good rest before landing on an unknown planet, we went to bed early and woke up only at dawn, shortly before the ship flew to the planet and began to decline...

Having gathered on the captain's bridge, we looked with delight at the huge sphere, something similar to our Earth outlines of continents and water surface of oceans.

The spaceship entered the dense layers of the atmosphere and began to descend to the surface of the planet...
