Blocktrades has launched a proposal to develop a A Worker Proposal System for Steem.

This week's State of Steem Forum #5 will be covering Marketing, PR and Onboarding.

For the first hour Steemit Inc Executive Chairman Ned Scott and newly appointed Managing Director Elizabeth Powell will both be coming on to update on the recent developments and answer questions from the audience.
The forum proper will start after the discussion with Ned and Elizabeth.
The forum takes place in the PAL/MSP Discord and it will also be streamed live on Vimm.TV...
Blocktrades propose a Worker Proposal System for Steem
Top 20 witness and leading blockchain developers @blocktrades have put forward a proposal to develop a Worker Proposal System for Steem.
Other platforms such as BitShares and EOS already use Worker Proposal Systems.
Blocktrades are now looking for input to refine the proposal.
Ned Scott has been approached for possible funding support for the project...

worker proposal system sounds like a way to enhance collaboration and decentralization with getting people some funding for their work. i'm sure it's not easy but sounds like something positive.
It will be interesting to learn more about this for sure.
