Manifest the Love You Want #ManifestChallenge Day 6

Love is a primal, basic need of all humans.

I've written much about this: the 80 year study that recently concluded whose findings prove happiness= love~ you can have anything and everything, but if you don't have love you are unhappy. The research showing loneliness is as deadly as smoking and obesity. And people can and do die from broken hearts.

If you are fortunate to have the love of your life, hang onto them! You are blessed, and do something today to remind them of how much you cherish them.

If you have not yet found The One, know they are out there searching for you just as you are them. And as we open ourselves to the wondrous abundance that is our birthright during this 30 day #ManifestChallenge, we are becoming magnets in a sense. By taking part in this challenge, we are training our subconscious to recognize and receive the good and positive things that we need and want.

And we don't need to search! You will find that everything will come to you! It will flow right into your life like gentle ocean waves on a summer day.

We realize we deserve to be happy, are open to happiness, therefore create our happiness.

Love is no different. Just as we may have limiting beliefs regarding finances, we may have some blocking us from love. We may feel we don't deserve love so do not allow someone in close. Limiting thoughts can be as simple as "it's so hard to find someone" or "all the good ones are taken". These thoughts seem so innocent, but they train your brain and set you up for failure. Because if you say all the good ones are taken, when a potential mate comes into your life your subconscious realizes that one can't be good- because all the good ones are taken.

What we tell ourselves, and how we tell ourselves, is exactly how our reality shapes itself around us.

Because we make it so.

Recognize these negative thoughts when you have them. Immediately replace them with positive thoughts until it's automatic.

You'll be surprised at just how many there are!

You have a lot of great qualities! They make you worthy for love! Look at your life ~ others notice you and appreciate you. There is love all around you! Just open up and let it in. When you open up and let it in, you change your energy vibrations and allow positive to flow in. In that steady stream of good comes love. Your One will flow right in with the tide :)

The scary thing about love is there is a chance you will get hurt. Yes, getting hurt sucks. But, there is a chance you won't. You cannot live in fear. That's not even living! That's simply existing because you are not truly living life!

If you are afraid of getting hurt, you will unconsciously be shutting yourself off to anyone who is trying to love you. Unless you open yourself, one cannot come in and get close. Be willing to take the risk and open yourself fully to love.

Remember- life is not about the destination!

It's about the journey.

Day 6

Focus on the positive.

Today, be mindful of your thoughts. Really listen to everything you tell yourself, and everything you say out loud. "We never have enough time for lunch" and "all the good ones are taken" and "it's too expensive" are all negatives! They seem so harmless, but they are pretty dangerous indeed.

These are limiting beliefs! They are limiting your happiness.

Today you will begin noticing these thoughts and immediately changing them into positives.

Change We never have enough time for lunch to We have 30 minutes for lunch so lets plan so we can take advantage of every minute!

Change All the good ones are taken to There are good ones out there and I need to get creative and figure out where they congregate.

Change It's too expensive to I really want it- If I cut out my daily coffees for 5 weeks I can have it!

I'm not sacrificing, I'm trading ;)

Get creative with this- you are forming the life you want!

Continue to manifest your goal by visualizing it every morning and evening. How is that coming along? Can you see it more clearly now after 6 days? And writing it, too. I have always found that writing it after my visualizations has the most powerful effect.

This or something better now manifests for me in totally harmonious and satisfying way, for the greatest good for all concerned.

Anyway, good points on negative beliefs and attitudes; they can be really destructive if not identified.
I've practiced mindfulness even before when I wasn't fully familiar with the term as I have a tendency to pay attention to my thoughts and inner life. We had a lecture on it in my civil service's education period (a pleasant surprise for me) and I've done it even more since then. And I gotta say i feel much smoother and less bothered by some "annoying" stuff that others might perceive as such.
