Day 2, Dances With a Pen

The #ManifestChallenge is underway! Stellar vibes, positive energy, and the attainment of our desires- what more could you ask for!

Yesterday, we visualized our desire. Cleared our minds, let go of limiting beliefs, and clearly saw our goal in our minds eye.
We felt it, tasted the sweet satisfaction of having it! Continue this exercise for a few minutes twice a day for the 30 days. Be sure to imagine your goal as if you already have it.

Some of you are noticing results already! Even realizing that our mindset is altered to be open and recognize things related to our goal is a fantastic result!

The power of thought and intention is amazing. When I was attending UCLA we observed a joint experiment with an East Coast school and one in Saudi Arabia. The experiment involved students in both schools thinking about a lake.

If you've ever had a fish tank, you know that it takes up to a week to change the PH level, and that's just 10 gallons! The students in both schools looked at a photo of a lake and imagined the PH level rising while they were sitting at their desks.

Meanwhile, scientists and other students were physically at the lake holding equipment to test the PH level of the good sized lake.

The experiment worked! I believe it took two hours.

Doctors have their patients do this too. The patients will visualize their tumors shrinking. And it's proven if surgeons are discussing positive outcomes during an operation, those patients heal much more rapidly than those where doctors reported negative attitudes during the procedure.

The power of thought is also the power of suggestion- to oneself!

#ManifestChallenge Day 2

Continue to visualize your goal as if you already have it, in the present. And we have a new task today that will take just a couple minutes.

Grab a pen and piece of lined paper. Clear your mind and picture your goal. Really be present with it. Then write your goal repeatedly, all the way down the paper.

The act of hand writing will help trigger both your logical and creative sides of your brain to really activate your goal into a reality for your subconscious mind to receive.

Handwriting also serves to cement it- document it as a real thing, in your super-subconscious area of your brain.

Write it in the present tense as if you have your goal already. Like mine is I consistently earn $3162.00 per month!

When you are finished writing, set the paper aside and go do something else- let it go.

When I do these exercises, I like to end them with "This, or something better is now coming to me easily and effortlessly, for the greatest good for all concerned."

This leaves it open for something even better to happen :)

Day 2 (freiday) went good. I meditated for 25 minutes even there were a lot of distractions. Because I had a lot to do after work I wasn't very mindful but it was okay for such a day I think.
I also wrote down my meditation goals to make it official :)
Do you have a pink pen with pink ink? Thats soo girly ;-)
