In the 1960s, William joined the US Air Force as a computer programming specialist and later he also work in Vietnam during the war, processing intelligence data for the military/government.

He describes a close encounter with a UFO in 1966, during his early career, which opened his eyes and mind to the less well known and hidden aspects to our Earthly reality.

He later joined a company that specialised in security access, which resulted in gaining security cleared access for the US government. He worked on projects related to satellite data used for 'National Security purposes'. In the course of his work, his software systems were used to secure deep underground, military bases in America.

Whistleblower Testimony

William states that while working in Vietnam, processing intelligence data, he became aware that the war was not being fought to be won - but that the war was a 'political war'.

He describes an early type of implant technology that could be used for tracking humans and other living beings, which he brought to a top secret government meeting in which people attended who he did not know the identity of. He had intended that the technology be used in humans to locate military or government agents who might be abducted and/or tortured to access their high value information - however, he states that the unidentified people attending the meeting gave him good reason to think that they intended to use the technology for other purposes. He states that they asked how long it would take to create half a billion implants. The technology could be adapted to track and record additional information such as brain wave patterns and bio markers such as heartbeat readings. He states that he later identified, via the internet, a woman who had had one of these chips removed from her body that she had never consented to having installed in her.

He describes a different form of more advanced crystal implant which could be 'read' via focused beam remotely at a distance of up to 120km away - again, he brought it to top agents in the US government who he had contacts with through his security work. He states that he later learned through his other contacts that the massive corporation (with German Nazi origins) 'Siemens', had built a factory to produce billions of chips that were very similar to the type of new implant chip he had just given to the US government agents and this factory was then shut down once the chips were created.

One of his friends was actively investigating possible criminal elements within the American Government and was killed shortly before having a meeting to discuss the situation with a founder of the CIA. The driver of the reinforced vehicle who crashed into him in Nairobi disappeared from the hospital following the event.

William makes clear that in numerous cases, it was shown that even when using the highest security communications methods that were available to him and his colleagues in the military and government, that his conversations were able to be monitored and acted on by groups he could not identify.

Four Powerful Secret Groups Seeking Control of the World

William states that after many years of research, he and his colleagues identified four separate groups who he says had access to the US, Russian and Chinese government programs - with high enough access and advanced enough technology to out maneuver the governments' own security systems. He states that they have a particular interest in accessing and controlling 'black projects' which are typically massive research projects that are performed without government oversight and which typically involve advanced technologies that are kept secret from everyone else. He calls them 'the four horsemen', presumably since he is aware of the biblical prophecies relating to the 'mark of the beast' which many have connected to the idea of all humans being implanted in order for them to access resources on Earth. The term 'the four horsemen' refers to 'the four horsemen of the apocalypse' from the book of revelations in Christian Bibles.
