Hello to everyone

I enjoy working as a country representative. We are having discussions with members to register new users to our community and country. We are working hard to develop the community by generating ideas with the support of Turkish users. Endless thanks to the people in the background who supported me even though I was doing the job as a representative.

Our duties;

•Guiding new users,

Dealing with the problem when help is needed,

•Creating ideas for the community with the members in a coordinated manner,

•Managing the curator account for representation.

We do our best to improve by doing these tasks.

Weekly curation;

Votes were distributed equally to everyone from the curator account, which is used once a week. We created a table so that everyone is active. . Everyone got 3 votes in total. It will be given systematically in the active post of those who are not given. In total, it was passed to the 3rd vote. And three votes will be given to each in turn. 30% will continue to vote..

Account usage system;

I have never voted for my personal account while using this account. In addition, no one has been voted unfairly. Official Turkish community of Steemit Those who share in Steemit Turkey Community are voted.

Those who do not want to come to the community are free because there is no unity.

•but a few exceptions may apply for those who are not aware of our community. It is ensured that they are active by being invited to our community. And votes are cast from the account.

•Of course, the same vote is not given to those who are active and non-active in the community. But still, equal votes have been distributed to all. This can appear in all reports.

Only 5 people got 100% votes this week. Since it has not received any votes from the steemit-turkiye community from sc01 until today!
