Incredible India's last Weekly Curation Report (Month of March 2023)

Greetings Incredible India Family
That is the last weekly curation report for March.
Every week we select some posts that are not only good in quality;
but some authors are also contributing a lot to increasing engagement.
Now we are also publishing the engagement report of users.
We only have selected those posts keeping in mind two categories-
1.Foremost- Quality.
2.Second- Engagement.
3.Third- Consistency.
Now we are running a comment contest inside the community, and we hope all steemians will take part in this contest.
We hope each week will get a chance to change the name of the top post; in terms of quality and engagement. But this week, we again nominated the leading content of the week;
one of our moderators. The reason has echoed below;
and we hope several other users will learn something from the post.
We recently hired a moderator for our community. Her name is @noelisdcshe belongs from Venezuela Here is her first post link.**
We hope our Venezuelan friends will join us and share their posts inside the community. Because now there is no communication gap.

@happy-mondal আপু আপনাকে অনেক অনেক শুভকামনা। টপ পোষ্ট অব দ্যা উইক এ আপনি ১ম হয়েছেন। আসলে আপনি প্রথম হওয়ার যোগ্য দাবিদার। কেননা আপনার লিখাগুলো অনেক সুন্দর। আপনার কাছ থেকে আমাদের অনেক কিছু শেখার আছে। এভাবেই নিত্য নতুন পোষ্ট আমাদের মাঝে উপস্থাপন করবেন এই প্রত্যাশা করছি। আবারো আপনাকে অনেক অনেক শুভকামনা জানাই। আর আমার জন্য দোয়া করবেন। আমি নতুন হিসেবে জয়েন করে টপ ১৫ এর মধ্যে আছি। সামনে যেন টপ ১০ এর ভিতর আসতে পারি এই দোয়া করবেন আর সঠিক দিক নির্দেশনা আমাকে দিবেন, এই প্রত্যাশা করি।
