Challenge Completed - 100 reps on January 5
Well last night I decided to just do an hour of cardio on the treadmill.
Sometimes it's good to have a rest day when your doing a heavy training routine. It gives your body a chance to rest and recover from the intense beating it receives at the gym.
Because I lift heavy and do high reps my body was starting to ache, the muscles hadn't recovered fully by the time I worked them again.
Plus it was like 38 degrees here in Adelaide yesterday, so last night was a perfect night to go for a ride. So I decided to take my beloved for a night out on the town :D

☠️ The Workout ☠️
I did 1 hour of fast paced walking on the treadmill.
The gradient was set to the max of 15 degrees.
☠️ Meals for the Day ☠️
Breakfast I had fried eggs, kale, eggplant, asparagus, tomato and bacon.
Morning tea I had snacks (pretzels, peanuts, almonds, cashews) and I also had a shake, it had 10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos + 2.5 grams creatine and 2.5 grams glutamine.
Lunch I had my usual prepared meal I cook up each week.
In the afternoon I had a shake with protein 50 grams and 2.5 grams glutamine and 2.5 grams creatine.
Dinner I had a piece of grilled salmon and calamari rings plus a heap of veggies.
I had a shake in the gym while training, with 10 grams of essential aminos and branched chain aminos + 2.5 grams creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine and a fat burner L-Carnitine.
