Last night it was back to chest and abs.
I'm still pumping out solid workouts considering I'm back at work also.
One of the lads I usually see in the gym was back from a week off so I got him to take a quick pic, my posing is shocking lol.

#☠️ Meals for the Day ☠️

Breakfast I had scrambled eggs and a crumpet.

I had some pretzels and cashews and almonds and peanuts as a morning snack.
Plus I also had a shake, with 10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos and 2.5 grams of creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine.

Lunch I had my meal pack I prepared in the wok.

Afternoon meal was just a shake, with 2.5 grams glutamine, 2.5 grams creatine, protein 50 grams.

Dinner I had a crumbed chicken fillet with a plate full of veggies.

During my workout another shake, with10 grams of essential aminos + branched chain aminos and 2.5 grams of creatine and 2.5 grams of glutamine.

This post deserves 200% for the start the finish story. You're going to need to embed a KG>LB conversion tool for us Westerners haha.

Thanks m8, lol yeah it would be good to know what I lift in puonds as most of the pro bodybuilders I watch lift in pounds. Maybe on weekends when I have more time I will convert to pounds :)

Though I'm still not at my strongest, before my 6 month break I was doing 150kgs incline chest press and much heavier across the board/
