After today’s session I did another transformation check with Ivar (I’ll write about it more in a later post). This will be our last session for about a month. It’s a shame to have tp cut these short however I’ll make the most of the break to recharge and come again (hard) in September.

What helps to gain muscle , the consistency of more weight

To build muscle... probably both. Consistency and progressively increasing the overload. Overload might be more weight or more reps or less rest between reps. By taxing your muscles you force them to grow.

In my case the muscle was basically there, I just needed to lose the fat and get lean to reveal them!
