Hi, steemit friends!

最近忙于工作,很长一段时间都没有认真健身,虽然健身常常会使人精疲力尽,但坚持锻炼会让我觉得神清气爽。一个多月没有健身,感觉整个人都不好了,觉得自己已经老胳膊老腿了……我感觉如果再不恢复一下状态,就离身体发福不远了。

昨天去公司附近找了一家健身房,环境还不错,面积大器材比较齐全,所以果断和朋友办理了会员卡。于是乎,我又可以挥洒汗水了,我又可以愉快地为大家分享健身经验了~我所了解的家庭健身几乎讲述完了,这次健身分享我打算写关于健身房器械健身的知识。其实目前健身房一般情况下是不会手把手教你的,但是请私教的价格不是每个人都能接受,那么一年一两千的健身费大部分是浪费了的。我所分享的内容主要是来自曾教过我们的健身教练以及我和小伙伴共同实践所得,并且我们在不断地学习新的更好的方法。

绝不是说每个热爱健身的朋友都必须办一张健身卡,除非你追求比较专业的健身以及比例更好的肌肉,在家练习也是可以的。如果条件允许的朋友无论你有没有健身的想法,在如今这个快节奏高压的时代希望你能养成坚持健身的好习惯,未来你会感谢自己的决心。
