首先大家要知道,线条是包裹在体脂之下的,不论你有再完美的肌肉,体脂过高就什么都看不见。而线条就是你的肌肉轮廓,所以想要拥有好看的线条,无氧练习必不可少。所以说,足够低的体脂+肌肉块头=线条感。

In addition,one thing what I want to tell is that do not be afraid to use the heavy weight to practice. Those who think this practice will contribute to big and ugly muscles possibly have not worked out before. To increase and strengthen our muscles, our boys sweat a lot and pay a lot, which shows it is not easy to grow muscles.
另外要告诉女孩子们一件事,不要怕使用大重量的练习,说会长出又大又难看的肌肉的人多半没健过身!我们男生为了长肌肉流了多少汗,吃了多少苦,长肌肉并不是那么容易的。

And heavy enough weight is the key to practicing full muscle lines. Heavy weight exercise not only speeds up the appearance of muscle lines, but also burns more fat that small weight exercise. Press(chest press, shoulder press...), hard pull, deep, bench press and so on. Girls should have a try and are not always limited to the curl, raise or gymnastics.
