首先真的谢谢大家的支持与包容,这些天在北京旅游,没有为大家带来具体的动作,但这些关于健身的知识也对喜欢健身的朋友有用处,希望依旧能帮到大家!
今天我想为大家推荐一些我偶尔会吃的健身的食物,这些食物几乎是不会使你长胖的,但千万不要断章取义,一定要结合健身!


Milk牛奶

牛奶是最便捷的食物之一,即买即食。但它的蛋白质含量相对较低,但如果坚持天天喝效果还是会有的。我建议最好买正宗一点的牛奶,如果条件允许,鲜牛奶是不错的选择!另外喝酸奶是不会发胖的,虽然它很甜,但酸奶是有助于消化的,可以常常喝。

Shrimp fresh虾肉

虾的蛋白质含量还是比较高的,是健身补给食物的佳选,但成本就稍高了。
自制法:一般最好的方式就是白灼虾,零热量,且虾的营养不会因为翻炒而流失。

Beef 牛肉

但凡接触健身的人都知道,牛肉是很不错的健身食物。牛肉的蛋白质含量也是很高的,虽然我个人不常买(主要是太贵了!!!),但牛肉的营养价值真的很高,很适合健身的人食用!
做法我就不讲了,各位喜欢吃什么口味的都行。

Eggs 鸡蛋

鸡蛋可以天天吃,如果你是健身人士,一天吃三四个是没有问题的。但是淡黄就吃两个足够了。一般我只吃一个淡黄,其余的都不要,其实你不必觉得浪费,蛋黄吃多了对身体又害无益的。

Chicken 鸡肉

我最喜欢吃的是鸡肉,我个人最常吃的是鸡腿和鸡中翅,但其实鸡脯肉是最佳的选择。我有个小习惯,在每次吃鸡腿的时候尽量不吃鸡皮,我认为鸡皮其实脂肪较多。另外选择鸡肉的原因是较便宜,且蛋白质含量较高,常常买来吃还是承受得了的。尽量不要去买外面的鸡腿,尤其是炸鸡腿太过油腻热量大。
自制法:买合适数量的鸡腿,过油放适量调料,再将其蒸熟。(这种吃法味道佳,热量比较低)

以上的食物都是对增肌有帮助的,大家可以选择适合自己的食物食用,请相信,尤其度过了健身的初期,想要增肌的话,必须补充足够的蛋白质及营养物质。
