声明:最近一直都在北京,分享健身日记的时间相对少一些,因此今天就暂且不翻译了,希望大家理解。之后有时间会补上的。

本篇文章,是献给广大想要增肌的健身朋友,男女均适用!我们所说的增肌,也就是增长肌肉含量,那么肌肉围度也就相应地增长了。

简单地说明一下健身增肌的过程:

肌肉主要由肌纤维和肌腱组成,在肌纤维收缩伸直尤其是做负重练习时,肌纤维就会断裂。运动后补充一定蛋白质和营养物质,肌纤维在休息期间便会恢复,且会变得更粗更结实,这就是肌肉增长的原理。

接下来我为大家详细介绍怎样合理增肌以及增肌需要满足的条件。常说“三分靠练,七分靠吃”,并不是没有道理的,那我们就先说说“练”这一部分。

普通的健身爱好者,只是单纯地想练出强壮的身体,那么只需要完成一周一个大循环就可以了。所有大循环就是把身体主要的肌肉群都练一遍,手臂、肩、背、腿、腹。如上所说,想要增长肌肉就必须做负重练习,并且是足够的负重练习。另外还有一个最重要的问题,那就是随着力量的增长,要不断地加大训练重量才能达到肌肉增长的目的,这是由于你的肌肉已经适应了你使用的重量。

“吃”占增肌需求的百分之七十,其中包括补充营养物质和充足的休息时间。

刚接触健身的朋友,总以为不停地练就能有效果,刚开始效果显著,之后就无法进步了。这是为何呢?说明你休息时间不够、营养物质不足!所以正确的做法是每次练习保持在90分钟左右,过程中要补充水分和营养物质,防止过度运动肌肉流失。讲到如何“吃”,那么蛋白粉其实是最为方便快捷的方式。大家不要总认为蛋白粉对身体有多少多少副作用,吃适当的蛋白粉结合足够的运动消耗,是对身体没有危害的!蛋白粉可以在健身前后食用,每次食用30克左右,当天不健身就不用喝蛋白粉。

要真的想考虑健康,那就少吃油腻食物、拒绝烟酒吧!如果着实不想食用蛋白粉,也可以多吃蛋清、牛肉、鸡脯肉等常用的健身食品。
