We Often hear someone talk about whether training the muscles will affect the height.There are many teenagers who will give up bodybuilding because of this.I personally feel that keeping working out is a good habit that can be developed from the childhood.Parents can not exaggerate the fact that bodybuilding will really affect physical growth. Before writing this post,I have read some of the books, whose specific analysis are as follows.
经常会听到有人讨论练肌肉是否会影响到身高,有不少青少年会因此放弃健身,而我个人觉得健身是一个可以从小就培养的好习惯,家长们也不要危言耸听觉得这真的会影响长身体。在此之前我浏览了一些有关的书籍,具体的分析如下。

Many adults always tell their children that the bones of the teenagers are soft and have not developed well, which is used to warn teenagers to protect themselves from getting hurt. In fact, these words are also right. During the adolescence, their bones are not fully developed and the skeleton is not strong enough, either. But if you think that any weight-bearing exercise has a bad effect on the growth and potential of the skeleton, it is absolutely false. The research shows that the rebound in basketball when playing basketball is much greater than the impact of weight bearing exercise, and even when squatting in the toilet(going to stool), the knee force is much more than you think.
“青少年的骨头是软的,还没有发育好”,这是许多大人告诉小孩子的话,是用于告诫小孩子要保护自己不要受伤。其实这句话也没错,青少年时期的人骨骼没有发育完全,骨骼板确实还没有足够结实。但大家若认为但凡是负重练习对骨骼板的生长和潜力有影响,那是绝对不成立的。研究表明,打篮球时抢篮板膝盖受到的冲击力远大于负重练习所承受的,甚至蹲厕所时膝盖的受力比你想象的更大。

Actually, it is not difficult to find that apart from gene and nutrition, children who love doing sports are generally higher than those staying at home all day. It is because the fitness exercise can lead to the body producing the hormones for the growth, and this can not be obtained from the food. In addition, long-term adherence to muscle training can enhance muscle density and even bone density, which is the so-call "firmer muscles". It has a good effect on the whole body.
其实不难发现,抛开遗传和营养不计,喜爱运动的小孩比宅一些的孩子长得更高。那是因为健身运动时,能促进身体产生有助于生长的激素,而这种效率是平时从饭菜里得不到的。另外,长期坚持肌肉训练,能增强肌肉密度甚至骨骼密度,也就是我们所谓的“更结实”,对整个身体健康都有好处。

At this moment, someone may ask, “why are the weightlifters so short?" In fact, this idea is needless. The reason why weightlifters are generally short is that they are trained for the competition. Usually, any ordinary people can hardly achieve their strength and effect. Equally, ordinary bodybuilders won't be affected by that. If your kids get injured during the exercise, it is only because the action is not standardized. It has nothing to do with the exercise itself!
也许这时候有人会问了,那为什么举重运动员那么矮?其实这种想法是多余的,举重选手是为了竞赛,想达到他们的力量和效果那是普通健身的人几乎做不到的,相对应的,普通健身的人也不可能受到那样的影响。如果您的小孩在运动时受伤,那只是因为动作不规范,跟运动本身无关!


As a result, appropriate weight-bearing exercise is good for the body. If your children or children around you like doing sports, support him/her, which will have a positive effect on their life!
所以说,适当的负重练习对身体有益无害!如果您有孩子或者身边有孩子,支持他/她健身吧,对其一生都有正面的影响!
