Are you a developer? Do you know how to use #Utopian-io? Wouldn't it be cool if Steemit could have a universal CTA code that just launched the wallet?

As you may know, my full time job is primarily eCommerce. Basically, I'm a not-so-glorified Ebay seller. I also sell on Amazon and other platforms. And I used to have an Etsy store.

I noticed some members here sell things. I recently spoke about how I bought a Zine from @dflo and how excited I was to do so. However, I bought it from her website.♥️

I heard about a few projects on Steem that let anyone buy/sell for Steem like Steemfiles, Peerhub and Steembay. Those are all awesome!

But wouldn't it be cooler if we could buy right inside a post just by clicking a link or a button that popped up a wallet transfer box?

👿Hm. Dangerous.

Let me rewind a bit. I spoke on my last post about the valuable PROMOTE BUTTON on Steemit. Steemit could use the same kind of idea to make each post represent a product in an ecommerce platform. 💰

So for instance, let's say I started an account for my shop. And my posts looked like:

Title: Name of Product
Body: Product Image, Description, Price in SBD
Tags: #steemcommerce + Product Tags

Sitting nearly next to the "Upvote post" checkbox (in the edit screen) could be an "Enable buy button" checkbox. ☑️

Then sitting neatly next to the PROMOTE BUTTON some posts (that have enabled the buy button) would have a BUY button. 💵 💵 💵

That button would open a popup similar to the promote button except the wallet would auto-fill the post author username and automatically encrypt the memo field (for sending address, details, etc.)

Technically, it could also pull the price by scraping a price tag from the post— but that's more complicated.

Steemit could take a cut (obviously) like 5% of the transaction and null it.

Such an idea could be implemented by any of the Steem interfaces really, like Busy as well.

Interestingly enough, there's a plugin for Chrome that's already added another button to Steemit. The SteemPlus Plugin for Chrome adds a BOOST button!

This tells me that this BUY BUTTON idea can actually be implemented, not only by Steemit or another interface but even as a browser plugin.

The Boost Button in @steem-plus opens up a dialog box similar to the Promote button.

I'm not a developer really so IDK, my experience with coding is literally Wordpress, Php, Html, etc. Nothing amazing. But I think it could be done. It's already being done, just not in this way.

OKAY SO I HAVE QUESTIONS

1. Where would I go to see if this is even doable— code wise? Who would I talk to? I was looking at the @steemgigs and even @adsactly (since they made @steem-plus) but Steemit doesn't have a Direct Message feature.

2. What would it cost (in SBD) to develop something like this for the whole community? Could this be something added to @uptopian-io? I was also reading about, how to create a bounty with @steem-bounty. But I don't even know how to create a real project on Git, nevermind how to start a bounty for one.

3. Is this even something Steemit users would be interested in? I know it would attract more people here who do eCommerce. Most of my friends in eCommerce are, for a lack of a better term, rich AF. This would be WHALE BAIT.
