The colour variation is called "amelanistic corn snake".

Cute snake, hope it doesn't bite.
Nope, doesn't bite. Unless you are a mouse, and even then it doesn't use its teeth for biting, as it's a strangling snake, it will solely strangle its prey to death. Then it swallows the whole mouse in one bite. :)
Our snake doesn't need to kill its mice, because living mice may pose a danger of injury to pet snakes. So we buy it some frozen mice from the pet store.
Very funny dog statue. The dog expression is like, "dude, where the hell is my food".
Seems to say that much on the brass yes.
