Being a LID reporter means that you are alert to capture interesting things happening around you as you do your daily activities. So pick up your camera and start reporting right away.
General tips for Quality LID Reporting
Be Creative: Being creative involves trying to find news-worthy events where they are likely to be found. It involves using your initiative to discover opportunities for generating great news content. Do not wait for news reports to happen to you, but make the move and go to places where events take place.
When to Start: It is best to start in the morning. When you start early, it will be easy to make many reports in addition to the busy schedule you will likely have. So once you wake up, try to take a selfie. Then write about how your day was and things you plan to do for the day. If you start early, it would be possible to make 3 reports or more before the day runs out.
- Use Location Coordinates: We have a very useful tool for reporting location coordinates. Use What3words to add the coordinates of your images.
- Reporting Periods: There are 3 major reporting periods. They are morning afternoon and evening. The time of each period is as follows:
Morning Report: 6am - 11.59am.
Afternoon Report: 12noon - 4.59 PM.
Evening Report: 5pm - 11.59 pm.
- Length of Reports: We do not welcome short reports at all. Each of your reports should be at least 1 paragraph long or a minimum of 70 words. You can check with this word counter.

At the bank to withdraw some money for the hospital needs , but as I got there the clue was long and and I was like looking for who to help all this came as the result that my Atm card got expired that why am in the bank and there no point going home now with out withdrawing from d bank ,the stress here is too much and those thieves equally went away with my hubby's Atm cards leaving me with all this stress . But I still thank God no life was lost . wishing u guys a fruitful day .

Good morning beautiful steemians. I hope we all had a good night rest. My night was fine at least the cold reduced today. I have been having some issues with my bank. Since this week I've been moving in and out of zenith Bank.
My number today is 10 I Know I will be done in no time. My plans for today is to finish up with my bank issues, go to school and pay my fees. After that I have a meeting with my I.T supervisor. Later this evening I will be traveling to gboku for a burial.

Good morning friends, trust you had a good night rest? The night was so hot here, I don't know about yours..... Although there was electricity light but my light finished at 2:03am. I forgot to check my meter to know how many units I have left.
I woke up this morning feeling weak because I had a stressed day yesterday. I had no choice than to get up say my prayers and do some chores. I will be staying at home today. I have an appointment by 12pm and that will be the only thing that will take me out today. I will only go out this morning to open up the saloon for the workers and then I will come back to the house till 12pm when I will be out again.
I need rest like this, so any little opportunity I have to rest, I will utilize it.......

Good morning my fellow beloved steemians. How are u doing , hope u guys had a wonderful night rest . For me I was busy all through the night at the hospital and just came home this morning , I just want to thank God for his ever caring hands upon my family for not allowing me to become a young widow.
Thieves met my husband on the road as he returned round 8pm here in Akwa Ibom and they stapped him all over his head with knife over 5times , all his clothes were deeply soaked with blood , he survived just because God brought an angel at the right time and he rushed him immediately to the hospital that's how he survived.according to him he said they were more that 10 people .they collected his phone and also took away huge amount of money he withdrew from the bank with the intention to pay someone . And also collected some that was in his pocket and after still went ahead and destroy his car .
My plan for tomorrow is to take food to him at the hospital and also pick up kids from school .I shall update us more on my
today's activities.
Jesus Christ! Thank God for sparing his life and I believe with life, he can get more money and be able to settle everyone.
I wish him quick recovery
The God we serve vis a living one he never allows the righteous to suffer in vain.

We are still on the way o. This journey eh, only God will lead us well. By this time, we yet to enter Enugu...we followed Enugu route.
Something happened before we left Owerri. Normally, there's a 14 passengers seat in the bus but atimes they carry 13. So, my bus has 13 passengers but when we entered fuel station to refill, with arrangement, the driver with a loader wanted to fix another passenger at the back seat but the guys there refused.
They refused because the loader was doing it as if it's his right. You needed to the attitude...😏. We are now agreed if they must put another passenger then, he must enter the park,,, period! Out driver is angry as e be so.... no one send am self!

My fellow Nigerian's, have you guys notice it? No doubt, yes must be the answer. Few minutes ago, I went to purchase things I will use in cooking my stew. I personally dislikes sachet tomatoes. So whenever am cooking stew, it must be fresh tomatoes. Could you imagine that the seller told me that she don't have 200 naira tomato! I am not happy now as fatal accident happened opposite my house. It was Ifa Atai Etoi, Mbak Road Uyo. Three were seriously injured. As you can see my clothe full of blood, I went to safe a life of my fellow woman who who was lying unconsciously on the ground. She break her legs, head an eye swollen.
I pity this young man too as his legs was broken. Chaii, it was one person that cause this. Accident.

Although, it happened hours ago, when I visited UBA bank located at bata junction along factory road aba. Sorry for the late report. Its just that my phone tripped off causing me not to drop the update immediately. Please bear with me. So, at the bank, while standing on ATM queue waiting for my turn, I spent 3 hours standing. It wasn't easy for me. So i discovered that even the people that wants to go inside the bank to ratify an issue or the other with customer's service is also on queue. Hmmm, I think its now high time for us to start saving our earnings at home.

It's my pleasure to let you know how my today went,my great lid reporters and steemians.. I took a little walk down the road, to where I'll board a tricycle to work. After working for about three hours I felt hungry. While on my way to get something to eat I saw and captured the day's spotlight.
I went back and worked for another 4 hours, then it was time to go home.
This is picture of me in a tricycle heading home and road was so free of traffic gridlock, and that put a smile on my face.
On getting home I took my shower and my dinner of yam was served, after eating we watched TV, later we watched the news on ait television, there after we retired to bed after thanking our heavenly Father in prayer, It was a good day.
Trust it's same for we all, have a good night rest.

My great steemians I trust we all had a good night rest, it's another beautiful day. I woke up this morning at 5am because there was no electricity and the weather was hot. Well it only gave me time for personal study and research. My family joined me one hour later, then we considered examine the scriptures and expressed our appreciation to our heavenly Father in prayer.
We started our activities for the day. First we got our daughter ready for school.
The woman of the house also left to go to the hair salon.
After my breakfast of tumeric ginger and garlic I left for work.

Good morning great steemians. How was your night. Hope we all had a wonderful night rest. While mine was fine but a little bit cold. The weather in makurdi here is not predictable. The day you feel like everything will be normal that dey the cold will be so extreme. I woke up took my bath and preapared breakfast for me and my siblings.
After I continued my diy rug. I started yesterday. Though the person wanted plain black I decided to add some twist to make it more attractive. Am not done yet I will have to add more designs. Later this evening I will be heading to the market to get some materials.

I woke up this morning, strong and healthy. I said my prayers, then prepaid breakfast. After eating, I brushed my teeth and swept my room, arranged it properly. I too my bath after that and got ready for work.
From work I will be going to meet with some clients and today will be so hectic. I don't know how long I will be spending there because I've got some serious work to do over there. I will also be calling my electrician to come check my television because it suddenly developed fault.
I will be attending midweek service by 5pm, I just pray I meet up with the time.
