MY WEEKLY REPORT AS TEAM GOAL GETTERS COORDINATOR BY @IJELADY 10PC TO @STEEMALIVE

Hello dear esteemed Steemians in SteemAlive Community, it is my pleasure to be with you again this week, how was your weekend and your steemit business, trust everything is moving very well.

The week that ended on 05/12/2021 was full of steemit Activities in my team goal-getters because we were on a project of recruiting more members on Steemit and to train them and have our meet up on 04/12/2021 that gave us a lot of things to do in our Steemit business before I continue to make my report I want to appereciate all the active leaders in the team that made this our goal a successful one.

These are the pioneers of team goal getters, we all worked together in 2 weeks and have a total number of 45 new users on Steemit and many of them have done introdoction post and verified and voted.

OUR MEETUP ON 04/12/2021 RECORDED HUGE SUCCESS

A total number of 45 persons attended the meetup, 35 had already signed up and the new 10 persons singned up before and after the meetup, we invited over 300 persons and in the morning all of put call across those that we invited and many came, this meetup attracted passerby and one of them came to office yesterday evening signed up and was assisted by @chichieze to write his introduction post, link @toomuchwealth37

This week we will have more training than roadshow this is because many of our new recruits will write Introduction post and those that had written will write diarygame and learn how to apply markdown style in their post, the inactive ones too are coming back , you can agree with me that assisting newbies takes a lot of effort and time. My joy is that I have duplicated myself in 9 Active members this will make it more easier for me.I will also train my leaders to be capable of leading others on Roadshow and how to write weekly reports because very soon many will apply to be become team Coordinators if are able to help all this people that attended meetup to join us in Roadshow, we will need more leaders to care for them.

More of our plans this week is to have Callender of the month that carries our schedule for the month which everyone will have a copy of it to help them schedule their own Activities to participate in what we have for the month, this will include days of training, meetup, roadshow and leaders training, time of each one and venue for Promotion.we will also need more flyers

CONTRIBUTING TO THE COMMUNITY GROWTH

This week I will encourage all my team members to do their best in contributing to @steemalive Community in all aspects of the community growth, especially setting 10 pc to SteemAlive also participating fully in Community contest

This once will be trained to become active leaders soon under SteemAlive direction, I trust and believe them so much that they will do very well as we work together to train our newbies and more leaders, I always tell them that I don't work with followers, I work with leaders and all of them are telling their Recruits the same thing.

In conclusion We in team goal getters have a lot to do to retain our newbies on steemit and also we need Community support to carry out our projects of Membership rally, workshop and smatkontrat, we are ever ready to to support SteemAlive Community to grow, as a team Coordinator I have set up personal goals to reach so as teach my team members because team members learn by the example of their leader, We all are happy to work with you all steemians on Steemit platform, we love you @focusnow by giving us this privilege of working as a team, @focusnow ever dynamic leader we can't do without you, @ngoenyi team goal getters will make you proud, @sammy20 our able and ever ready leader when it comes to verified members of SteemAlive I love working with you, all the team Coordinators and state representative we love you all.
