Hello, @steemitblog and Team Steemit, today I am presenting my curation report with @steemcurator07 and also the the progress of the Bangladeshi community and how our community engagement moving forward during the past week.
Newcomers from Bangladesh
Last week about 09 people from Bangladesh have introduce themselves thorough the Newcomers community of Steemit platform. Among 5 of them have passed their achievement 1 through newcomers community and 3 of them are old user. The user id @samirah is pending to verify herself.Here is the name of those newcomers:

Me and @Toufiq777 welcomed them and informed them about @steemitblog and latest update of diary game and other by dropping appropriate link in their intro post. 5 of them regularly posting their diary. Our community team members are also continuing their enormous supports for newcomers regularly. They also welcomed the newcomers in their achievement 1.
Last week our great success is @rajib833, he's made a beautiful intro and also join in the music for steem. He is very passionate about music. Including him, @hrhabib and @roy.sajib also join in the competition from our country. @roy.sajib has shown an outstanding performance as he acquired 3rd place in the competition.
Enhancing Activity of our community Members
Last few weeks we the team member of our community was planning to do something big. We have a long term plan for good quality content creators. That's why announce the 600 steem prize pool.

We will share this amount through several contest. Right now two contest is running in our community:
Both contest has got a good response.We have already got some entry of those contest. We also encourage our community people to participate in others community contest. Some of them already participate in the Nature and Me contest.
Dischord Server Activity
Just like before this week, we also organised a voice hangout in the night before each weekend for our all community members and shared some rewards as tips with every hangout participant. In that hangout, we listen everyone's thoughts, ideas, problem and try to give them proper solution. We also held some quiz for everyone. We give them the direction how to participate other contest.

According to the new voting schedule, I had got the opportunity of curating by using @steemcurator07 1 times between 22/08/2020 to 28/08/2020. I have curated 1 introduction post,2 Music for steem entry post and 33 accounts diary post.
