Wagaya is a very warm and inviting restaurant that serves up delicious Japanese food - both traditional and modern twists - with ordering done at your table with the use of a novelty touch screen. You can browse through the different food categories and select your dish on the screen. The food is served surprisingly fast and everything on the menu is quite reasonably priced.

This dinner was an early celebration for Mother's Day with my in-laws. So we celebrated the best way we know how - by eating ourselves silly!

The staff are very friendly and are very attentive. They are generally not seen for very long and unheard unless you press the "Call" button. They respond very quickly and just pop in and out from your table to serve food and collect used dishes. All in all, I've always loved coming to Wagaya for a delicious fix of Jap food. My only quarrel is that there's never enough in a serve but I do tend to eat quite a bit when I want to (😊) and I suppose it leaves more room in my stomach to eat a wider variety of food.

If you're in the area and you haven't tried Wagaya before, I would highly recommend trying this place out with a group of people. It'll make for a great day or night out - I promise!

I had a bad stomach ache during the day and it was coming back in full force by the end of dinner so no dessert unfortunately.

P.S. It didn't have anything to do with the food. All the food was 👌
